This hunting lease is leased and not available. With two big creeks and a river coming together in one location this is going to be a killer spot. Lease is located in Rush County where the Flatrock River, Shawnee Creek and Wikoff Ditch all converge. Farm has roughly 100 acres of row crops, 50 acres of timber and the rest in Creeks and fence rows. Easy access from a private lane across the Northern border and road access from the East and South will allow you to access your stands for almost any wind and hunting condition you could think of. The Flatrock River which runs along the Western edge of the farm is known throughout the State for some great smallmouth fishing as well as multiple other game fish.

The timber on this lease has some really good cover, but a lot of good stand sites allowing for some long range shots out in the crop fields and good shots inside the woods too. I jumped 3-4 different groups of deer the day of inspection. There really is no telling what class of bucks will come cruising through this farm late October and Early November.
