This hunting lease is leased and not available. Deer and Turkey hunting lease in Sauk County. Just outside of Wisconsin Dells lies this almost completely wooded 20-acre property. Great trail system along with plenty of mature hardwood trees, including large white oaks should make for numerous potential stand locations. Even though a bit smaller on total acres, there are several ridges and valleys contained within it and a small creek that touches the southeast corner of the property. Landowner told me that several of her neighbors do not hunt primarily those to the north and west of her property.

Landowner does live on the property so she can keep a watchful eye on things while you are not there.

This is a deer and turkey hunting lease only. Camping is allowed for hunting related activities, but landowner does not want this to be a permanent residence for you. She expects campers to only be on her property during actual hunting seasons. Her a bit comical statement to me was she does not want your mail being delivered to her house. No real places for food plots other than if you wanted to do some through and grow type clover on the ATV type trails you could do that but no tilling other than what you can do with a hand rake. Landowner would also like to be contacted prior to your visits to her property either by phone call or text. Respectful use of ATV okay for hunting related activities when weather and ground conditions allow.
