This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here's a nice 66 acre property outside of Auburn for a small group or individual. The property has been all hardwoods and some pine for 30 years and was recently select and clear cut in June 2020. The Landowner left several tracts of timber standing and the deer love it. I saw plenty of natural food sources and there are a mixture of Oak and other hardwoods. Deer tracks and sign were all over the road when I inspected it and scouting was pretty easy because of the soft soil throughout this tract. I also came across some decent size hog tracts so keep an eye out. Multiple timber stands will provide several different setups to hunt this parcel. There is a creek in the middle and on the far east side of the property with timber on each side of the creek that the deer are using frequently and big hardwoods on the back side of the property to the East where the 2nd creek can be accessed. I saw several good trees for stands and the landowner will probably let you put in a few food plots in the areas that were cleared or some feed stations.
