The first time in Weakley County, Tennessee, and this 237-ac lease was not one to disappoint. Guys, this is the kind of property that harbors big bucks, period. It consists of Pines and hardwoods mixed, and overgrown fields. The fields are seeing a ton of deer activity, as evidenced by the trails across the property. I saw at least three mineral sites getting lots of action. I love the layout, and the property easily accommodates the hunter numbers we have allowed. A gently rolling tract with some ditches and drainages here and there. Thick, thin, and everything in between, you have got it here. There is a section the landowner has reserved in blue for him and his daughter if they decide to hunt. It is NOT a part of the lease. I did note that the neighbor to your south has crops, FYI.
