This Montmorency County, MI hunting lease is a great setup with woods, grassy fields, a pond on the property and a powerline easement running through the middle perfect for hunting over. The woods were timbered in fall of 2022 and should really thicken up in the near future, making for great wildlife habitat. There is also an existing trail system through the woods making for great access to sneak in and hunt on different wind directions. The pond is on the North end of the property closer to the road and the landowner sees deer around it almost every morning. This lease is located about halfway between Gaylord and Alpena and is in a quality deer hunting area, also close to State game areas. Camping is allowed on the property during deer hunting season only. Campers must be removed at the end of deer hunting season. ATV use is permitted for hunting purposes only.
