This hunting lease is leased and not available. 107 Aac located in Red River county, TX. Pine timber stand that has been thinned a few years back. Making for some great shooting lanes and some tall stand sites. This property has 2 entrances located along the west side on the county road. These where timber loading sites and could make a great camping location. Beware that there are a lot of fire wood and pine needles everywhere so be very cautious when building camp fires. There is a small pool located in the timber down on the lower section , saw both deer tracks and pig sign. Found rubs and a scrape already being worked along the pool. The power line ROW will make a great shooting lane and food plot if the hunter wanted to go in there and plant. I was down there for about 3 hours and never had anybody drive down the road . This could be a great place for 3 to 4 guys- deer traffic is going to be the North East going to the South West for the most part going to other timber tracks.
