This hunting lease is leased and not available. 25-acre Deer Hunting only lease in Columbia County. This gently rolling property has a good mix of habitat. One side of the road has a small creek running through it along with willows, grasses, and mixed trees present. The other side of the road has a mix of mature trees, brushy thickets, and grasses. Plenty of deer sign was present during my inspection. Tracks, trails, rubs, and beds were all present. Crop fields are visible on both sides of the property. Plenty of access to this property along the road will provide stealthy entrance to all areas. Respectful use of ATV's is allowed for hunting related purposes when weather and ground conditions permit. Do not damage any crops. The landowner would like contact from the hunters initially. The access driveway on the north side of Duwards Glen Rd is also a field entrance and a parking spot for another lease so don't block this access. You may drive in and park to the side. The buildings that are located at the south access/ parking spot are off limits. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed. This lease is scheduled to expire/ renew on June 1st of each year.
