This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is another nice property with hardwoods that hasn't been hunted in previous years. This property has a 75 acre main and separate 18 acre tract that is just to the North and surrounded by big woods on all sides. There are several nice openings all ready established. Big clear cuts on the west boundary. Lots of natural food sources throughout the interior, you do not have to look hard. A spring with waterfall is in the middle of the property on the Western boundary of the main track inside the woods between the clear cut. The smaller parcel will have an easement on the right just up the road and you might find a stand or two back there. Plenty of deer sign and I bumped a few turkeys near the clear cut. This property will need some trimming in the thicker areas but I was able to access a majority of the trails in my pickup truck. Lots of bedding cover throughout should make for several nice setups with a stand or ground blind. Landowner is okay with atv use for clearing trails and retrieving game or planting. All species allowed on this lease within State guidelines.
