This hunting lease is leased and not available. I'm really excited to list this hotspot in Marion County! This property is ready to go! Marion County was in the top 10 deer kills last season and this property backed that up. I saw over 12 deer during my tour. Large lake in the South West border with close to a mile of shoreline on the property. This is perfect for migratory birds with the ag fields directly across the road, lots of deer are bedding along the edge as well so give that area a good look. Deer trails were easy to see throughout the property and we bumped some turkeys going into the one field on the back side of the pine tract. The mix of hardwoods and pines ranges in age and everything about this property gives deer cover, food, and water. There is plenty of room to put up more stands and on the north end of the property there is a fire tower that the landowner owns, easy access all the way up and deer trails across the top. Agriculture fields border the entire eastern boundary and overall this property will produce year over year if managed right. Landowner has a camping spot with electric he is willing to let you use for an extra fee, all camping should be approved by him first. Please be respectful while camping on the property no partying and safe hunting practices are expected at all times. All other use of atv or side by side is permitted for hunting purposes and general maintenance of the property and seasonal prep.
