95 acres in Columbia County. This is a (Deer and Turkey Lease only). This lease is in 2 parcels. The 23-acre triangular shaped piece has great habitat on it along with plenty of deer sign. Its terrain features include a wooded side hill, nice creek bottom, power line area, and crops. Lots of deer trails are present coming from the timber leading to the crops. Plenty of trails, beds, and rubs were observed along the power line. The power line has some up and down terrain feature that could allow a good ambush site. Several trails are crossing the creek bottom also. Lots of tracks and evidence of crop damage was present in the crop fields. The 72-acre parcel across the road has much of the same deer sign present. From the aerials you can see it has a small pond area as well as a waterway that is a great travel corridor for the deer. Plenty of mature trees are present for stand set ups.
Respectful use of ATV's is allowed for hunting related purposes when weather and ground conditions allow. Do not damage any crops. Camping is a possibility with permission from the landowner as to where.

The landowner has a renter in the house on the property and he would like to know when someone is going to park in the yard. This contact information can be coordinated through the landowner. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.
