Now, here is what we all look for in a lease—Henderson County Kentucky, Green River with crops, and good timber to boot. We have 208-ac in a prime location with excellent deer and turkey numbers on this nice laying tract. I saw tons of tracks and other deer sign on the property during the inspection. There is a massive, locked gate to control entry from outsiders. Also, this farm offers the potential to harvest giant Kentucky whitetails right here, guys. I did see several turkeys while on the lease. Road gets you to the riverside of the lease as needed. I like the layout of the property, and it should funnel deer through certain areas you will be able to identify. Camping is always allowed, but it could affect your hunting, so leaving that up to you.
