This hunting lease is leased and not available. Check out the aerial view of this all wooded Indiana hunting lease and you will see that it really has the potential to hold some big deer. Woods are completely flat and have a lot of good oaks providing a great fall and winter food source for the wildlife on this property. The day of inspection I saw a buck over 200 hundreds away in the swamp, gave him a snort wheeze and he came right to me at 40 yards. The deer that live in here are not pressured and will be easy to hunt once you figure out their travel patterns through these big woods. This is a Muscatatuck River bottoms woods that will flood sometimes but the forest floor is solid and once water goes down will be easy to get through again. Access to property is limited to the North East corner through an easement and the parking area down in the bottoms is not very big and limits you to 2-3 vehicles. This is a unique property and is one that will have some big deer killed off it.
