This hunting lease is leased and not available. This Nottoway County property has a lot of diversity which should be good for holding deer. The property consists of mature pines, young pines planted around 2013, and mature hardwoods. A small pond and a creek on the western border will provide adequate water year-round. A good road system is in place with 2 entrance points from the main road. During my inspection I found plenty of green forage in the young pines to keep deer on the property year-round. Also, I saw several small rubs from this past season.

ATV use and Camping are acceptable for hunting purposes.

Sunday hunting is allowed.
