This hunting lease is leased and not available. We are happy to be able to offer you this 75-ac Caldwell County Kentucky Hunting Lease. To say this county is hard to come by is an understatement. Plus, I was pleased with the quality of the property after my inspection. I picked up a shed here from 2019 in great shape, as you can see in the photos. The property consists of some great looking ridges, and there is bottomland here for you as well. There is a bluff area in the middle of the property. I encourage you to identify and use caution in that area. There are hardwoods here and some cedar thickets that I would say help hold the deer on the lease. Lots of road frontage, but you cannot see far into the property from most of it. There is water as Cave Creek flows through here. Overall, it's 100% timbered property that should offer a lucky member some excellent hunting for years to come. Unfortunately, parking for larger vehicles is an issue here. Please inspect the property and the parking situation before leasing.
