This hunting lease is leased and not available. 122-acre deer and turkey hunting lease in Burnett County. Landowner has owned the property for approximately 10 years, including the 18-hole golf course bordering on the eastern side of this property. On the aerial on the northeastern side, you will see what appears to be 3 golf holes. The previous owner intended to have these be fully functional but never completed them. New owner has no intentions of ever doing that and pictures in the listing help show that these have grown up in somewhat CRP type vegetation over the past decade or so. There is a good road system throughout the property

This is a deer and turkey hunting lease. The home pictured is fully functional and furnished. Landowner is open to possibly renting this out on a nightly basis for an additional fee paid directly to him. He is also open to allowing camping for hunting related activities should you not want to rent the house. Food plots are also an option but need to be approved by landowner prior to putting in. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities when weather and ground conditions permit is also ok. Landowner would like to meet with you on one of your first visits to the property and then supply him with the make and license plates of your vehicles.

Same landowner also owns lease number 9654 which adjoins this property on the east side. 9654 is a fully operational golf course, so the lease is for the rifle and muzzle loader deer hunting only. Typically, he shuts down the golf course in late October each year.
