This hunting lease is leased and not available. 38-acre deer and turkey hunting lease in Jackson County. First impressions of this property when I drove up to the landowners house was there was not much here. Once I got to the back side of the property, it had a totally different feel to it. The landowner owns all the property to the south of what I have drawn out on the aerial, but this is where he does majority of the pasturing of his animals. The timbered ground on the lease gets very little to no pasturing. The easement drawn out the runs along the south from landowners home and along eastern side has only a gate or two and limited if any pasturing making it a much easier task to get to the back side of property without having to deal with numerous gates and majority of the animals that would be on the primarily pastured ground.

This is a turkey and deer hunting lease. Use of ATV for hunting related activities is allowed with weather and ground conditions permit. Camping allowed with permission from landowner. Limited options for food plots in my opinion but landowner is willing to listen to your ideas on that, but he is an organic farmer thus food plots must follow the same rules.
