This hunting lease is leased and not available. SWEET little URBAN hunting spot just off I70 on the west side of Dayton close to Trotwood Ohio. This is the kind of small urban spot where studs are taken. Just check out the couple big rubs I found!! Property is in row crops with a small ditch running north and south and a patch of cover in the NE section. Thick fence rows, connecting cover across the road, and bigger woods to the NW. I saw plenty of deer sign and deer tracks everywhere in the fields. There should be some good rut action here and it should be a good hide out when gun season starts. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only. No camping.
