Here we go, guys! Finally, we are incredibly pleased to offer you this 211-ac Wilson County Tennessee Hunting Lease. A multi-generational family-owned farm with little to no hunting pressure for years is now exclusive to Base Camp Leasing members. It lays like a dream with a bit of contour here and there. There are numerous ponds and a creek through it. Woodlots are made up of mostly cedar, with splashes of hardwoods across the farm. I found a section with several pins oaks that the deer have been using very recently. Found quite a few rubs across the lease, as you, too, will find. I like the section of timber along the eastern boundary. I noted several pinch points and corners for great stand locations. Trails leading in and out of timber and fields were easily seen. Tons of tracks, so check out the pics. There are a few cattle that seem to be kept near front sections. Larger fields appear to be hayfields. There may be a few small openings for some throw and grow or another mix; consult the genuinely nice landowner. There are a few homes near the front, so please hunt a safe distance from those as children live in one of them.
