This hunting lease is leased and not available. During my inspection of the property, I noticed lots of deer sign and plenty of bedding areas. This property has quite a bit of cover on it along with whatever crops that will be planted, giving mother nature cooperates. Landowner says milo, wheat and soybeans will be rotated on this property. There is a good timber line on the north end of property where I saw lots of deer sign, which included bedding areas. For you waterfowl hunters there is some good water for waterfowl hunting, I jumped a couple dozen ducks off the ponds. I also flushed two pheasants while walking the area. This Grant county property will make some hunters a good place to harvest that big deer, being so close to Kansas line and there is a great abundance of deer in the area too.
