This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is what you guys always ask for and then some. Henderson County KY river bottom property consisting of 339-ac sitting next to the Green River. The property was strip-mined in the recent past and reclaimed nicely with grasses in the bottom near one of several small lakes here. I pushed a few wood ducks off the lake to the north end. I spotted and counted around 40 turkeys moving through the timber on the south end. To say the place has a ton of deer sign is an understatement. Big rubs, tracks, and excessively worn trails were noted here. Get in here and set this one up right, and someone can expect to bring home a buck of a lifetime. There will be crop rotation here annually. There are thick and nasty thickets the deer are regularly using. Sitting where the farm is, I predict the waterfowl will be here also. The Ohio River is a mere 12 miles from here. Excellent timber along the river and the south end has some hardwoods in the mix. Strips along the drainages will funnel deer through the lease, and the sign proves that. Get this one while you can. Farms like this are hard to come by.
