This hunting lease is leased and not available. This farm is made up of timber, row crops, and a seasonal creek. The timber on the west rolls down to the bottoms and directly into the row crops. The timber on the east side, rolls down to a bottom field, which also had several heavily used deer trails leading up to a big draw. You have options when it comes to wind direction, as you can enter the farm from the south, which is off a county road that becomes a farm road. You also have access from the county road that runs through the property. There are some very nice draws, which gives you a couple of natural funnels, especially on the west side of the farm. The deer were using the edge of timber on the west side to travel along the row crops. In fact, I jumped up five deer on this side of the property. Not only do you have row crops for feed, but there are some nice oaks that are producing a bunch of acorns. If this farm interests you, request the driving directions and take a look.
