This hunting lease is leased and not available. Diversified and secluded deer and turkey hunting lease in Dunn County. Large tract of land that is combination of mature pines, hardwood ridges and new growth with tons of bedding and browse after some portions of the property that was logged several years ago. Primary access point is from the north with miles of a great trail system throughout the 240 acres that the landowner mows once or twice per year. The blue line on the aerial is showing an easement that comes in from the west and then runs south along the western side of this lease. That is the primary entry for the property south of this lease and thus cannot be blocked off by whoever leases this property. There is room to possibly park a vehicle and for sure an ATV off the northwest corner of this lease on the easement, but you can also get to anywhere within these 240 acres from the northern entry. There is some logging scheduled for spring of 2022 on the southwestern corner of the property.
