This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Update on property from pictures in listing. Landowner did some logging last year and pictures and aerial do not reflect that. Approximately 15 acres on the eastern side behind the shed was heavily logged. On the western side in what was mainly mature pines, they took out every other row or every other tree. Both of these should actually help the habitat by created new browse and bedding, but it may take a few years for you to see that. Remainder of the listing is as written when originally leased.
120-acre Dunn county deer and turkey hunting lease. Our Dunn County leases tend to not last very long and I expect this property to be no different. Great trail system throughout majority of the property with diverse habitat should create numerous potential stand locations. Landowner does tend to keep the trails mowed couple times each year with tractor and brush hog to help create easy and quiet access into your stand locations.
The completely furnished trailer shown in the listing is not included in the lease, but landowner is receptive to renting it out to your group for an additional nightly fee paid directly to him. Landowner does not live on the property but does occasionally come and stay in the trailer when doing maintenance type activities.
This is a deer and turkey hunting lease. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is allowed when weather and ground conditions permit. Food plots are also allowed with permission from landowner as to location. Camping at this time is not allowed as they have the option for rental of the trailer. Landowner would like to be contacted prior to your visits to the property.
If available, you can add more acres to your lease as property number 9700 is owned by same landowners and only a quarter mile separates the borders between the two.
