Benton County, Tennessee, has always been a great one for Tennessee Deer and Turkey Hunters. This 78-ac lease borders a chunk of TVA land to the north that you can hunt as well if you choose. I will say this will be a little tough hunting since it is thick, but I hunt this kind of property not too far from you, and we kill big bucks out of it. I did find several nice rubs during my inspection of the property. There are multiple entry points, but one small valley stood out, and I would set a stand there for the fall. The trails here are worn out. The landowner says make it your own, so you can clear a couple of small areas for food plots, create some trails onto the ridges as needed, etc. The creek bottom showed much potential, and I noted a good crossing and some good rubs there. For the hunter who loves to put the time in to create success, this is for you.
