This hunting lease is leased and not available. This looks like a nice, economical multi species lease for somebody.

The main attraction is going to be along the drainage on the west part of the property that empties into a creek in the NW corner. This property is on the edge of the Kansas Flint Hills, so there is some roll to the terrain, which also makes for a few nice elevated vantage points. Access will be from the south side of the property, where you will be able to park your vehicle and walk in undetected. During my inspection I kicked up a couple of gobblers. Obviously, deer frequent this area as well, and will travel freely between the neighboring properties. A feeder in the NW corner should prove to be deadly.

Do not overlook the three ponds! Fishing season is upon us and I am curious as to what you might be able to pull of here. You may also find some waterfowl visiting during the winter months.

Cattle will be on the property part of the year.
