Here is a small lease being offered in Crawford County. Property is made up of timber, row crops, seasonal water, and thick underbrush. The underbrush on this farm is mainly bush honeysuckle and as you will see in the photos. For as small as this property is, I found quite a bit of deer sign, to include an old shed, scrape, and rubs. There is a nice finger at the end of the timber, where the small pond lies. I am not certain this pond will stay wet all year, in fact, I am assuming it will not, based on its depth. Nonetheless, this would make a nice spot for a lone hunter or for a parent/child. A note of caution, because of the homes, please ensure you are at the proper distance if hunting with a firearm, and you enter the farm from the east. Please avoid the homes on the north side.

*No trucks are to be driven on the property.
