This 44-ac McLean County Kentucky Lease is in a hard-to-get area in Western Kentucky. It is a combo of woods and crop fields, with multiple ponds sitting on it, and offers your herd the smorgasbord. Slightly rolling but easy to navigate, as you will find. Lines seem to be well marked. The large pond will offer some waterfowl action, thus the price where it is. As I looked at the pond, a couple of geese came in for their picture. I would suspect some teal here as well in the fall. Enough room here for a Father, Son/Daughter, and grandchild to have a great hunt and fill your tags. The property had a very select cut in the last couple of years but was nicely done, in my opinion. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only.
