In another hard-to-get county, we can now offer you this 55-ac in McCracken County, Kentucky. The on-site landowner is a gem and has opened the door for our BCL members. It has woods and a few row crops going on. You can do some small food plots inside the woods, where I noticed some small grassy strips here and there. The deer funnel through your woods regularly, and there was a 12-point taken here a few years back. A strategically placed feeder should have them all over you. There are neighboring crops so that I would suspect good, bodied deer also. Mostly flat land, so it may be a bit marshy during wet weather. I really liked the property, and the landowner makes it even better.
