This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Here is a 139-ac lease located in NW Ohio County, Kentucky. The farm will have row crops annually. There is a power line through a portion of the lease offering bedding and a food source for your game. The woods have hardwoods here and there with a few cedars. Some of the woods are thick, and there are parts more open. The trails are obvious and numerous. I found fresh tracks across the piece and a few rubs. This was my second time on the property. On my first visit, while driving through, we saw at least a dozen deer here. There are both a creek and pond on the tract, so water is no problem. You have entrances from two directions. Both are easements, so please be respectful coming through the neighbor's properties. If you have looked at KY property before, you know this is one of my favorite counties. Ohio County has produced more than 30 Boone & Crockett bucks through the years. I hunt Ohio County, and so should you. The landowner reserves the right to predator control after deer season.
