This hunting lease is leased and not available. 112 acres in Dodge County. This is a "Deer and Turkey Lease Only". This property is relatively flat terrain with a little elevation change to the west near the road. There are also a couple of small drainage ditches on the property. One of these creates a boundary between the west edge of the neighbors' woods and the field. Plenty of deer sign was observed during my inspection. A few heavy trails were coming out of the timber into the fields. Some marsh type grasses can provide bedding areas close to the timber. Some rubs were present in these areas as well. Tracks and trails were present through these areas also. Do not disregard the small piece of brushy timber in the northwest corner of the property as there was abundant deer sign there also. There are some mature trees on the property for stand locations. This is a good opportunity for a lease in an area where leases are scarce. The landowner encourages antlerless harvest. Be respectful of property boundaries.
