This slightly hilly piece of property has some nice hardwood ridges along with some wetland areas for waterfowl. Plenty of deer sign was present during my inspection. I even jumped 2 deer from their beds on one of the ridges. There seems to be a good amount of deer traffic across this property from the amount of sign I saw. Plenty of mature trees for stand locations. This lease also has good access from the north and south sides of the property. The landowner encourages antlerless deer harvest also. Be respectful of property boundaries. This is a great opportunity for a multi-species lease in an area where leases are rare.
