This property is 300-acres with 156-acres of hardwood timber and pines. The property is completely protected. You have the interstate along the southern border. Then, there is Raccoon Creek along the western border. The large hay and pasture field is completely fenced. The access road has gates at both ends. Then, there is another gate that takes you up a lane to a cell tower and access to some old logging trials. Once leased you can add your lock to any gates needed, or landowner can tell you how to access. If it were not for the noise from the highway, I would have thought I was out in nowhere. There was a nice hidden field behind the cell tower. I jumped deer everywhere here. Should be plenty of turkeys as well. Whoever leases this will be chasing some giants by the layout and sign I saw.
