This hunting lease is leased and not available. Dunn County has become one of my most popular counties for hunting leases in Wisconsin. This 76 acre all legal game lease in the northeastern part of Dunn County is your chance to join in with numerous other Base Camp members who also have leases in this county.

Southern portion of property is in agriculture as you can see by the aerial. That then transitions into grassy, CRP type rolling hills and lastly the terrain drops off into the creek bottoms on the northern side of the property. As you can see by the pictures in the listing, there were heavy deer trails throughout a good portion of the creek bottoms along with scattered rubs. The picture of the very nice 8-point buck is what I found during my inspection. It certainly appeared to me that he was hit by a neighbor during last falls deer seasons and wandered onto to this property but was not found. I did not see any evidence of hunting on this property, thus why I am making that assumption. Either way, nice deer and should give you some idea of age structure in this part of Dunn County.

This is an all-legal game hunting lease. Camping is allowed for hunting related activities, but you cannot block access for farmer who rents crop ground. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is okay, but a reminder that you cannot drive on any crops. No food plots allowed due to all acres not already in agriculture are in erosion control program with DNR and thus all-natural vegetation has to be left as is.
