Numerous well-used game trails, old roadbeds, 3 separate areas with flowing creeks, ridges, and a maintained powerline that would be great for turkey hunting as well. The creeks run from East to West and intersect at the West end of the lease. There are 4 different ridges where deer like to travel. A couple have old logging roads on them, and bedding areas were also found. An old mineral sight was located and appeared to still be somewhat used. This could be a great property to harvest mature bucks. Parking will have to be near the road-front on the south corner of the property. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only.
