This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 240 acre Jackson County West Virginia property has a lot to offer! The fields are cut for hay each year. I found tons of clover in these fields, so plenty of food for the deer. The woods have a mix of hardwoods, pines and thick brush. You have multiple road access entries to the property so you can hunt all parts of the farm without spooking game when going to the stand.

The inspection of this property had no disappointments! I found tons of fresh tracks and ditches were warn on every section I walked. I also found several old rubs from previous seasons. The landowner added that he sees deer and turkey in the fields on a regular basis.

*ATV use and camping are acceptable for hunting purposes.

**Landowner is planning to do some select cutting of the mature hardwoods. The cut will be of trees larger than 16 inches only. He has placed in the contract that no cutting is allowed during October and November to limit the interference with the hunting. Look at the maps to see what area is going to be timbered.
