This hunting lease is leased and not available. When I pulled into this property there was a flock of tom turkeys standing in the drive, they almost let me run them over� The same goes for all the deer I encountered while walking. This land sits adjacent to a 350 acre city park. There's 100's of more undeveloped timber acres around this piece as well. The deer numbers in this area are unbelivable. The trails are as heavy as I've seen anywhere. With all of the huge timber in this urban section the rut has to be crazy. I found a nice big shed horn while inspecting. This property sits a quarter mile off of I35. I've hunted spots like this before, and they're my favorite. The highway noise off in the distance is just loud enough. You can get away with a lot up in the tree on those silent evenings. This ground is nice and rolling with stand locations, trails, and openings everywhere. Every inch of this lease had rubs from last fall. No roads even touch or come close to the main chunk of this property. Every acre of it is huntable.

The thin strip of property (about 5 acres) running up to the road is a no hunting zone. This area is outlined in green. This is your access to the back. The landowner is building a home on the thin strip to the North. No camping allowed.

This is the nicest urban property I've ever viewed.
