This is a year-round, all-legal game lease in Winnebago County, where leases are hard to come by. The property features a mix of timber, row crops, and overgrown brush. A convenient farm road runs along the south side, extending nearly to the eastern border, offering easy access to your stand. The timber has solid undergrowth, and as shown in the photos, there are suitable trees for hanging a stand.
