This hunting lease is leased and not available. I would say this farm is the best of both worlds here when it comes to deer hunting! Big rolling hill CRP bedding ground and a fantastic travel corridor. One can expect the local deer herd to bed down on this CRP farm on a regular basis and the big bucks will be looking for love in the tall CRP fields during the rut.... Day of inspection, while driving my truck to the back, several deer got up from the CRP and headed to the neighbor's wood lot. The CRP looked fantastic; some spots were already 4 feet tall in many areas. You can be guaranteed this farm will have a steady stream of new bucks on daily basis during the prime-time rut, when they move out of the big woods on the East and West side of this lease.
