This hunting lease is leased and not available. This attractive farm in Lucas County, Iowa, is occasionally expected to host cattle on a section of the leased land. During the inspection, no cattle were observed; however, the overgrown fields suggest that introducing livestock could be an effective way to manage the brush. While traversing the property on my UTV, I encountered several deer. The farm boasts row crops primarily at the northern end of the lease and a wealth of mature woods. This one-mile-long property offers excellent opportunities for deer hunting.

The landowner mentioned that if cattle are on the property, they could likely be temporarily relocated or shifted aside to allow hunting in the prime areas of the farm. However, this is not guaranteed, and arrangements must be made with the landowner before your arrival for the hunt.
