This hunting lease is leased and not available. A piece of honey hole action in the big hillside woods of the Loess Hills filled with deer and turkey. What makes this a honey hole is the hilltop food plot and two known travel corridors. The small food plot has been cleared and expanded to about a 2 acre perennial plot that will be getting planted as soon as the weather permits. This is a well taken care of property by the landowner with respectful neighbors. The landowner lives within a mile of the property with another piece of land almost adjacent to this lease (landowner keeps the home place for his hunting paradise) all connected to same big woods. Enjoy some amazing views sitting on the hilltop food plot this next fall! There is a cut path giving easy access to the food plot but still plenty of security. The path splits and provides access to other parts of the property. One travel corridor is along the ridge path going straight to the food plot. The other travel corridor can be found in a bottom where deer tend to cruise towards neighboring crops, there is a path going down into that bottom area. ATV use is permitted for game retrieval only or any special permission granted by the landowner via direct communication. Very kind landowner who is also a sportsman. Landowners noted concern would be to have respectful hunters that do not create rut/ washouts on the property. Landowner reserves the right to log out walnut trees, manicure, and do other typical property maintenance in the off season. There is 2 small areas of CRP outlined in yellow that the landowner is restricting access do to their CRP contract. There is a red barn on one of the restricted areas and a bit farther south you can find the gated access.
