This hunting lease is leased and not available. When I got into the timber on this property, I was very impressed. The deer trails around this property are about as heavily worn as I have seen. It is obvious the deer numbers are very high in this neighborhood. I would love to be sitting over these trails during the rut. The timber is nice, and there's good tree stand locations all over. The tillable land is row crops (usually corn). The spring turkey hunting should be excellent. The building site on this property is abandoned, and there is a locked gate out at the road. This building site provides perfect access into the farm.
